After nearly two decades in corporate life as an auditor and consultant, Lucky Lucky discovered Reiki in 2016. Since then he has devoted himself to sharing healing practices. Alongside Reiki, he is also a personal trainer and life coach, guiding people toward restoration, clarity, and connection.

This is a way of offering calm and hope in a world that at times can feel unsafe, dense, and unwelcoming.

A brief, shared unwinding space — developed through research into how our ancestors rested, gathered, and regulated together.
Across cultures, humans softened at the end of the day by retreating into caves, firelight, and shared stillness — letting the nervous system settle in the presence of others. Zen at 8 was created as a modern reflection of that ancient rhythm.
These 20-minute sessions offer a gentle place to gather online, turn inward, and unwind together — with loved ones and soul family — at the close of the day.
